About the Project: Sepal is initiating a research study focused on achieving work excellence among logisticians to establish professional benchmarks. We invite selected participants to share their professional experiences, create field-specific screening questions, and document significant work projects as case studies.
Examples of Relevant Job Titles: Logistician, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, Distribution Analyst, Logistics Specialist.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in logistics
- Fluency in English
- U.S. residency
- Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer with internet connectivity
- Proficient with technology: Comfortable using messaging platforms, video calls, and file uploads
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and independently complete online tasks
Compensation and Work Details:
- Hourly pay ranging from $47 to $105 per hour, with additional task bonuses based on experience and suitability
- Payments are made bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours
- The role is classified as a 1099 independent contractor; engagement is at-will
- Enjoy the flexibility of completely remote work, with the freedom to choose your own hours as long as deadlines are met
- No current employment in the field is necessary
