Join us at Sepal as we embark on an exciting research study aimed at understanding work excellence among elementary school educators. We are looking for experienced teachers to help us establish professional benchmarks in the field. Your insights will be invaluable

As a selected participant, you will:

  • Share your professional background.
  • Help design field-specific screening questions.
  • Document substantial work projects as case studies.

Timeline: Now through December 29th

Commitment: 40-100 total hours

Start with: A paid 2-4 day work trial

Work Environment: Fully remote with a flexible schedule

Preferred Job Titles: Art Teacher, Classroom Teacher, Elementary Classroom Teacher, Math Teacher, Music Teacher, Reading Teacher, among others.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years full-time experience as an elementary school teacher (special education teachers should refer to a separate posting).
  • Native-level English language fluency.
  • U.S. residency.
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet.
  • Available for at least 10 hours per week during the 2-3 week engagement (work is fully asynchronous).
  • Comfort with messaging, video calling, and uploading files.
  • Able to follow detailed written instructions and complete online tasks independently.

COMPENSATION AND LOGISTICS:

  • Hourly pay: $34-51 per hour, plus task bonuses, based on experience.
  • Paid bi-weekly based on tracked and approved hours.
  • Entirely remote: work at your convenience as long as deadlines are met.
  • Current employment in the field is NOT required.
