Summary

As a Corporate Security Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring access control for all visitors, monitoring security-related CCTV, alarm monitoring and response, incident coordination with the Security Operations Center, and security-related reporting. This role requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal abilities, and the aptitude to collaborate with various levels of internal management, staff, and external clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform access control duties including managing guests.
  • Greet guests while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Issue access badges, including temporary, vendor, and guest badges.
  • Monitor activities in the Reception Area using CCTV/alarm systems.
  • Assist facilities team members as required.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid California Guard Card.
  • Current CPR/First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogens Certification required.
  • Must have a valid California Driver's License or State Identification.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older.
  • A demonstrated commitment to the security and reception team mission is essential.
  • Experience interacting with high-level individuals in complex, unstructured scenarios is preferred.
  • Successful completion of a background review and drug screening is mandatory.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills are a must.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust and transparency in all professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various computer programs is required.
