The Lead Software Engineer will architect, design, and develop custom solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure, while adhering to the software development lifecycle. In this role, you will perform peer code reviews, ensuring best practices and development standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and implement top-notch software solutions.
  • Set technical direction for projects and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Tackle escalated technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contribute to best practices and standards across the company.
  • Mentor team members and advocate for emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years in software engineering roles.
  • Strong expertise in .NET development.
  • Proficiency with SQL/MySQL or similar relational databases.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development and unit/integration testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and software best practices.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Java is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development suite.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and software trends.
