We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Senior Product Owner / Scrum Master to lead agile delivery for complex software initiatives. This hybrid role requires deep expertise in both Scrum Master and Product Owner responsibilities, with a strong foundation in software development and experience across both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical Scrum Master and Product Owner for cross-functional teams.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
Guide teams through agile and waterfall project lifecycles as needed.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement.

- Previous AT&T Experience
- Previous 911/Public Safety Experience
10+ years of experience in software development and agile delivery.
Proven success in dual-role capacity as Scrum Master and Product Owner.
Strong technical background, ideally with hands-on development experience.
Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
