Product Owner/Product Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Define and communicate the product vision to the development teams.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback for product enhancements.
- Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve program and product performance
- Implement agile and safe best practices to drive efficiency and quality in program and product delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on agile methodologies and product management practices.
- Proficiency in safe methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in product management and ownership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of agile principles and practices.
- Certification in safe product owner/product manager is a plus.
- Certification: SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
