Overview

Responsibilities

Executes a strategic plan for the Office for Community Impact Community Health Programs and Community Outreach for Children?s Mercy Hospital (CMH).

Provides leadership in community outreach partnership development and collaborative planning.

Leads integration of community benefit planning into strategic and financial planning processes.

Support of Strategic, Business, and Innovation Initiatives
Qualifications
-
Master's Degree Healthcare, Public Administration, Social Services, Masters of Business Administration or related field and 1-2 years experience Master’s Degree (preferred) with experience in public health, or community impact. Additional experience can include strategic communications, public policy, community organizing, marketing, project management, strategy, or planning. Experience working collaboratively with clinical staff and physicians is a plus. or

Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Public Administration, Social Services, Communication and 3-5 years experience Experience managing community outreach programs. Additional experience can include strategic communications, public policy, community organizing, marketing, project management, strategy, or planning. Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.57/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
