Job Description:

Pay Range: $23hr - $26hr
  • The Digital Product Owner will support Agile teams in delivering platform services aligned with organizational goals.
  • The role includes analyzing and managing data, maintaining documentation, supporting data pipelines, conducting routine database maintenance, and providing technical support to internal and external users.
  • The candidate will be responsible for training Department of Health staff, providers, and consumers while ensuring smooth operation of digital systems.
  • The position requires strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide analysis of data and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create and maintain data dictionaries.
  • Run and maintain data pipeline processes.
  • Map existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as directed.
  • Provide general computer support across systems and users.
  • Train and support Department of Health staff, providers, and consumers.
  • Support Agile team assignments and backlog activities.
  • Manage iteration goals and maintain prioritized user stories.
  • Validate completion of work based on acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning events, demos, and continuous improvement activities.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across varied technical backgrounds.

Experience:
  • Minimum two years of experience in a professional IT environment.
  • Experience entering and extracting data from electronic databases.
  • Experience working independently and on team-based assignments.
  • Practical experience in a Scaled Agile Framework environment preferred.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications preferred.
  • Experience as a Product Owner in Ecommerce or API-focused environments preferred.
  • Experience in SQL, Python, R, or Tableau preferred.
  • Five or more years of relevant product ownership or technical experience preferred.
Should Have:
  • Certification in Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience creating and maintaining databases.
  • Experience mapping databases and supporting system integration.

Skills:
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, SharePoint, and Access.

Qualification And Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ssociate degree or higher required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a technology-related field preferred.
  • SAFe Product Owner or Agile Product Manager certification preferred.
