Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Achieve and surpass set sales goals regularly.
• Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
• Efficiently pull products from sales or warehouse areas and mix/tint as necessary.
• Keep the store neat and inviting by stocking shelves and setting up displays.
• Support operational tasks such as cleaning equipment and assisting with deliveries.
• Maintain knowledge of products and discuss available options with customers.
• Adhere to inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to bolster sales.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Fluency in English and Spanish for effective communication.
• Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
• Experience selling paint or related products.
• Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
