      Revenue Forecasting and Long-Range Planning
      Discuss your experience developing revenue projections and long-range financial forecasts. Include examples of how you used forecasting to guide strategic decision-making or ensure fiscal sustainability.

      Contracts and Procurement Management
      Describe your experience overseeing contracts, purchasing, and procurement functions. Include examples of how you ensured compliance with public sector regulations, maintained fiscal accountability, and improved procurement efficiency or vendor performance.

      Innovation and Operational Efficiency
      Provide examples of innovative strategies or process improvements you have implemented to increase efficiency, enhance revenue, or modernize financial or administrative operations. Describe the impact of these initiatives on your organization.

This is an Open & Promotional recruitment. Anyone may apply. Current employees of the Superior Court of California in the County of San Mateo with at least six months (1040 hours) of continuous service in a classified regular, probationary, or extra-help/limited term position prior to the final filing date will receive five points added to their final passing score.

The examination process will consist of an application screening (pass/fail) based on the candidate's application and responses to the supplemental questions. Candidates who pass the application screening will be invited to a panel interview (weight: 100%).

Depending on the number of applicants, an application appraisal of education and experience may be used in place of other examinations, or further evaluation of work experience may be conducted to group applicants by level of qualification. Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications are not guaranteed advancement through any subsequent phase of the examination. All examinations will be given in San Mateo County, California, and applicants must participate at their own expense.
