As Senior Manager, Change Implementation, you will be responsible for translating strategic change management plans into actionable initiatives that drive adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors across EA’s global Finance organization. This role serves as the primary execution partner to the Director of Change Management and Adoption, ensuring strategic priorities are operationalized across the Finance organization.  You will report to the Vice President, Finance Transformation.  This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in an EA office.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Execute change management strategies and plans developed by the Director of Change Management and Adoption, ensuring alignment with EA’s Finance Activity Framework.
  • Lead the implementation of change initiatives, including process, technology, and behavioral adoption across Finance teams.
  • Coordinate with Process Excellence, Finance Technology, and other transformation Leads to ensure integrated delivery of change programs.
  • Own the end-to-end management of change programs, ensuring timely delivery, issue escalation, and alignment with strategic objectives set by the Director.
  • Track and report on adoption metrics, identifying areas for improvement and refining implementation approaches as needed.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder engagement activities, including communications, workshops, and feedback sessions.
  • Continuously provide insights and feedback to the Director on adoption progress, stakeholder sentiment, and opportunities to refine change strategies.

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or related roles, ideally within Finance or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of implementing change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, program management, and best practices.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$130,800 - $183,000 CAD

* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$150,100 - $228,000 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
