About the roleThis role joins Samsara's Global Partnerships team, which builds and activates our ecosystem of go-to-market partners across Insurance, co-sell, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Public Sector routes to market, and Fleet Management Companies.
You will be responsible for our Public Sector referral partners and tier 2 reseller partners, building scalable programs to drive business via Tier 1 and Tier 2 partner motions, sharing Samsara's innovation, and helping to establish a differentiated market presence.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US.

- Develop key relationships and build scalable programs with Public Sector distribution and resale partners to drive net new pipeline and accelerate sales outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities that partners can accelerate
- Build a scaled Public Sector channel motion (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
- Contribute to shaping the Public Sector partnerships strategic roadmap
- Champion and embody Samsara's cultural principles: Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team
- 5 years of experience in Public Sector partnerships or sales
- Experience with scaled Public Sector channel motions (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
- Experience building programs with a history of driving Public Sector pipeline through partners
- Kind and collaborative orientation; energized by working with diverse teams
- Builder mentality; able to create structure, process, and scale in ambiguous environments
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves; no task is too big or small
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in B2B technology or within a B2B technology ecosystem
- Experience working with Carahsoft
- Experience with common Public Sector contract vehicles used to purchase IT/cloud and/or fleet management solutions
Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position is below and depends on your city of residence.
$128,860 $189,500 USD
