Personal Care Assistant

Join our compassionate team as a Personal Care Assistant In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, encouraging independence wherever possible.
- Serve meals according to individual dietary needs and assist in meal preparation while fostering a pleasant dining experience.
- Encourage proper nutrition and hydration while respecting residents’ choices, and communicate any changes in eating habits to the supervisor.
- Initiate and engage residents in recreational activities, promoting social interactions and community spirit.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident records, including health updates, medication administration, and daily observations.
- Support residents with medication management in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment through regular housekeeping tasks.
- Respond proactively and effectively to emergency situations and resident requests for help.
- Maintain awareness of each resident's whereabouts and promptly report any concerns to the supervisor.
- Foster a collaborative atmosphere by working harmoniously with co-workers.
