At Leo A. Hoffmann Center, we believe in changing lives. Our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in St. Peter provides specialized care for adolescent males (ages 11-17) with complex mental health needs. This is more than traditional residential services-it's intensive, trauma-informed care in a highly collaborative environment.

We're expanding our residential clinical team and looking for passionate Mental Health Therapists who want more than just a job. What You'll Do:
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy
  • Complete diagnostic, functional, and risk assessments
  • Facilitate care conferences & collaborate on treatment planning
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans (ITPs)
  • Document clinical work in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide trainings in coordination with Clinical Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
  • Licensed (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW) or actively on track for licensure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with organizational skills
  • Experience working with youth and mental illness preferred
