As an Airport Operations Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing airport operations and ensuring exceptional passenger services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting passengers with check-in and boarding processes.
- Responding to customer inquiries through email and other communication channels.
- Handling baggage and coordinating effectively with baggage services.
- Monitoring flight schedules and providing real-time updates to passengers.
- Assisting in implementing security and safety protocols.
- Collaborating with the team to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Proactively identifying and addressing passenger needs.
- Learning and adhering to airport policies and procedures.
- Working closely with finance on billing and documentation processes.
- Demonstrating multitasking capabilities to meet deadlines.
- Providing prompt feedback and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Submitting timely activity reports to management.
- Exhibiting strong computer skills, particularly with MS Windows.
- Utilizing dynamic project management and collaboration skills.
- Maintaining a keen awareness of schedules and ensuring all tasks are delivered on time.
