  • Manage and monitor inventories and stock locations for specialized, high-value clinical supplies (e.g., OR, Cath Lab).
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to support uninterrupted operations and patient care.
  • Analyze usage data and product demand to set reorder points that balance product availability with cost efficiency.
  • Evaluate departmental inventory needs and implement effective strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory utilization and prepare reports for the Supply Chain Director or Manager.

Manages inventories and stock locations related to specialized high dollar supplies for a specific department or service line (i.e., OR or Cath Lab) which requires clinical product knowledge. Ensures adequate levels of material and/or product inventory are maintained. Analyzes inventory levels and product demand to determine reorder levels which ensure product availability and minimize inventory cost. Responsible for evaluating inventory needs and implementing strategies to meet those needs. Maintains key documentation and records including utilization. Reports to the /Supply Chain director or manager. Performs a variety of tasks as assigned.

  • Education: Required: High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience: Required: 2 years of experience
  • Certifications: BLS
