Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations.
  • Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, supplies, personnel, and equipment for various sites.
  • Act as liaison between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring effective communication and consistency across locations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
  • Specialized training in dining services management and nutrition desirable.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Successfully complete regulatory compliance courses and implement necessary changes.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in P&L and budget management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a record of account growth.
  • Basic computer skills, including web-based reporting proficiency.
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
  • Candidates must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds and perform routine tasks efficiently.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and reside within the service area.
