Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-JAMF, MDM and ITSM
  • Excellent Communication
  • Stakeholder management
  • Minimum years of experience*:>10 years
  • An experienced Endpoint Management and IT Service Specialist to manage Apple devices using JAMF Pro, oversee Mobile Device Management MDM solutions, and support IT Service Management ITSM processes.
  • The role involves deploying, configuring, and maintaining macOS and iOS devices, creating and enforcing security policies, and managing application distribution through JAMF.
