In this position, you will support the estimating team by assisting with document management, vendor communication, and project tracking. You'll contribute to preparing bid packages, coordinating with partners, and reviewing project documents. The role offers exposure to multiple projects across different regions, providing the opportunity to refine your skills while working in a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Key requirements include:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication abilities, both over the phone and via email
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and internet applications
  • The ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to evolving systems
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience in document management and basic project coordination (a plus but not mandatory)
Main responsibilities involve:
  • Soliciting and obtaining quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
  • Organizing and tracking bid packages and related documentation
  • Collaborating with team members to prepare accurate bid estimates
  • Managing electronic files for multiple ongoing projects
  • Facilitating purchase orders, change orders, and subcontract documentation through project management software
  • Assisting project managers with project closeout tasks, including assembling manuals and handling lien releases
  • Reviewing plans, specifications, and scopes to ensure accuracy across multiple projects
  • Supporting project teams in creating comprehensive estimates for various projects simultaneously
