Job Description
  • Provide executive-level leadership and direction for multiple multifamily projects.
  • Oversee project managers, superintendents, and support staff to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards across all phases of construction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Drive collaboration between design, engineering, and construction teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in commercial or multifamily construction
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
  • Expertise in preconstruction planning, project execution, and closeout
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across internal departments and external partners
  • Strategic mindset with experience scaling operations and driving growth
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • This individual will be instrumental in shaping the construction strategy, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.
