About the Role
This position is designed for licensed psychiatrists who aspire to develop or grow their private practice. Headway equips you with essential tools, resources, and support to simplify insurance processes, optimize operations, and enable you to focus on delivering exceptional care on your own terms.
About You
You hold a valid license as a psychiatrist along with your DEA or CDS number, ANCC board certification, a valid NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
You are eager to begin or expand your private practice while retaining control over your schedule, client load, and working environment.
We welcome the following licenses on a state-by-state basis: MD/DO.

Important Notes
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You will have complete autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload.
Currently, Headway can only support fully licensed mental health professionals. If your application was denied due to incomplete licensure, you may reapply once you obtain a valid license.
