position details/responsibilities...
  • Part of the technology team supporting our ERP Systems including Oracle EBS ERP, Deposco and Workday HCM.
  • Partner with our Program Managers and technical team to successfully support strategic initiatives while leading continuous system improvements to meet business needs.
  • Coordinate with IT operations to enable our technology services to be provided in a reliable, agile, and secure manner.
  • Provide mentoring and hands-on technical support as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or another related field is required.
  • 3 years of relevant hands-on experience is required.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS) is required.
  • Experience with BI Systems (Hyperion, OBIEE or ThoughtSpot) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relational database systems with strong programming skills in SQL/PLSQL is required.
  • Experience with JIRA or Confluence is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
  • Must be self-motivated with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision.
