Headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, the Dynasty Financial Partners team powers the back and middle office of independent financial advisors within the wealth management industry. Summer Analysts will be assigned to support one or two of Dynasty's business units: Transitions, Relationship Management, Talent/HR, Legal/Compliance, Marketing/PR, Operations, Investments, Technology or Finance.
Dynasty Financial Partners works exclusively with a select group of truly independent RIAs to help them better serve their clients and grow their business and enterprise value. We are a premier WealthTech platform for independent financial advisors giving them the freedom, flexibility, and control to better serve their clients.
We enhance our Network firms' enterprise value and accelerate growth through our proprietary core service model that provides complete middle and back-office support. We offer access to flexible capital solutions to help advisors develop, expand, and scale their business as well as M&A support to firms looking to grow inorganically or to plan for succession.
Dynasty Summer Analyst Program
- Duration of program: June 1st - August 7th
- Exact responsibilities will vary based on business unit assignment
- Business unit assignments will be based on a combination of interview feedback, business needs, and the individual candidate skills/interests
- Summer Analysts will report to the Chief of Staff, as well as the head of the business units to which they are assigned
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with clients closely and effectively.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in completing projects/tasks
- Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter, must have the initiative and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
