Bookkeeper (Full-Time) - QuickBooks Expert

We're a growing company with ~$3M in annual revenue, and we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Bookkeeper to take full ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations. With many moving pieces - including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tournament/event payments - we need someone detail-oriented and reliable who can keep everything running smoothly in QuickBooks.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Run and manage payroll accurately and on time
  • Oversee and track payments for tournaments, travel, and related expenses
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain clean books in QuickBooks
  • Provide regular financial reports and support to leadership
  • Work closely with our fractional CFO (who handles higher-level finance strategy)
  • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and compliant
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Understanding of accounting principles and payroll best practices
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience in a small business or fast-moving environment preferred

You'll be replacing our current Director of Finance, as we transition higher-level financial strategy to a fractional CFO. This is a critical role, as you'll be the go-to person for all day-to-day financial management.
