We are looking for dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologists who are passionate about creating positive patient interactions. Your expertise and compassionate care are invaluable to us

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Interventional Radiology supervisor in maintaining compliance with safety guidelines and radiographic equipment standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with all Interventional Radiology equipment to capture quality images.
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols for both patients and yourself, utilizing required personal protective equipment.
  • Effectively operate Interventional Radiology equipment while ensuring patient safety.
  • Handle all necessary computer operations (i.e., RIS, PACS) to maintain accurate procedural documentation and charges.
  • Provide professional and courteous patient care, explaining procedures clearly.
  • Perform thorough physical assessments, monitoring IVs, catheters, and associated tubing.
  • Coordinate and communicate all Interventional Radiology procedures with relevant healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification is required within 30 days of employment.
  • Graduation from a Vocational School is necessary.
  • Must hold either ARRT-R (Radiography) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) certification.
