Join our strategy team as a Senior Business Analyst and play a key role in improving processes, driving change, and delivering business insights through strong documentation and analysis. You'll act as the bridge between business and delivery teams-capturing current workflows, recommending enhancements, and ensuring successful execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and understand business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, remove bottlenecks and optimize overall performance of business process flows.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements that are documented in a BRD.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors ensuring all team members are aligned on the requirements of a project.
  • Develop user testing plans including detailed test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business users.
  • Coordinate and execute UAT cycles, track defects, and ensure resolution prior to deployment.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during testing and post-implementation.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project.
  • Facilitate problem solving and troubleshooting of issues to help advance project scope or address issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and UAT execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Scaled Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
