Overview

We are looking for an experienced and licensced Loan Officer Assistant to join our Honolulul, HI Retail team to help support our increased volume for that branch. PRMG offers a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees and their dependents, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, a Health Savings Account (HSA), a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and various other products, based on benefits eligibility, elections, and employee premiums. After completing 60 days, you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) program on the first of the following month. 

Responsibilities

Supports a senior sales manager of the branch by managing the loan file from application thru closing, in a way that allows the sales manager and sales team of the branch to originate more loans. The duties for the Assistant include, but are not limited to, those described below.

  • Manages all clerical tasks necessary to facilitate timely loan closings on behalf and as directed by manager. The duties for the Assistant include, but are not limited to, those described below
  • Have a current, valid NMLS appointment and appropriate State licensing in good standing
  • Assigns loan files
  • Maintains document mailing/conversation log in LOS as directed
  • Splits and stacks loan docs
  • Provides overflow doc drawing support as needed or directed by supervisor
  • Departmental filing
  • Performs variety of PTF functions including but not limited to VOE, VOM, VOD
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum one to two years of operations and drawing loan docs (or comparable experience)
  • NMLS active license for this role preferred - not required 
  • Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent analytical, written communication and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically proficient
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Min USD $60,000.00/Yr. Max USD $70,000.00/Yr.
