As an Restoration Support Technician at Woodard, you'll keep restoration projects moving-delivering equipment, supporting crews, and helping families recover after disasters. What You'll Do:

You'll be a critical link between our restoration crews, logistics team, and customers - ensuring the right equipment and support reach the right place at the right time.
  • Drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up restoration equipment
  • Support job site setup, breakdown, and cleanup
  • Keep equipment and materials organized and accounted for
  • Jump in to help the logistics team during peak hours
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with teammates and customers

What You'll Need
  • Valid driver's license (Class E - we'll help you get this within 30 days of hire)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments
  • Willingness to flex during surges and participate in the Team's on call rotation
