Job Description Job Description Direct Hire Maintenance Technicians Needed in Holland, MI 100% Company Covered Medical Tuition Reimbursement 3 Weeks PTO Up to $34/hour BASE Job Description We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This role is essential for ensuring smooth and continuous production operations at our highly automated facility, housed with brand new equipment. The position includes mandatory weekend work every other week, with voluntary overtime available during the week. Technicians will be responsible for maintaining advanced machinery and ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment. Engage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous production. Provide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systems. Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machinery. Execute a regular preventive maintenance plan (TPM) and perform equipment modifications. Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipment. Essential Skills & Qualifications Experience in pneumatics, electrical, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipment. Strong experience in repairing pneumatic systems. Why Work Here? Work Environment The facility is enormous, requiring frequent walking between buildings and across the plant. One department is a dry room, necessitating specific attire such as garb and beard nets if applicable. The environment is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K principles. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr. The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees' paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start.
