Mechanic/Technician Truck Maintenance - What Will You Do?This is a 2nd shift position - hours are 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday.Complete general maintenance, repairs, troubleshoot and diagnosis of trucks and equipment.Inspect and maintain equipment in good working condition.Complete work-orders and maintain accurate and timely records.Effectively communicate with teammates on worksite.Travel to various job sites and represent NESL with the utmost professionalism.Learn more about the Materials & Aggregate Industry in PARequirements - Who We Are Looking For?Post-secondary or Career and Technical Center training in mechanics or diesel preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of training.Minimum of Class C Driver’s Licenses with DOT Med card (willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within first year of employment).Class 7 PA State Inspection License (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment).Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.Team Mindset - "The NESL Way".Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.High School Graduate/GED.Why Apply?Competitive Benefit Package - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Vacation, Life Insurance, etcCareer Growth - We pride ourselves in developing coworkers and promoting from within.Stable Industry - Our materials are in high demand year over year.
