- The Shipping/Receiving Clerk Level 2 is responsible for supporting logistics and administrative operations by ensuring accurate collection of shipment information, billing processes, and clerical support.

- Ensure proper and accurate billing procedures and follow up on errors.

- Escalate complex issues to appropriate staff when required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
