Service Coordinator

We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, focused, and highly motivated Service Coordinator for Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning. This position reports directly to our Interim General Manager and is a remote/hybrid position based in Sierra Vista, AZ.
Responsibilities.
As our Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Working closely with our Commercial Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide top-notch customer service via email, phone, and text
- Efficiently schedule technicians and manage invoices and MSAs
- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database through Salesforce
- Ensure clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers
- Handle occasional assigned administrative duties
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- 1+ years of scheduling or dispatching experience
- Advance customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Success in working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Geographical knowledge of the service area
