Role Overview

The Global System Integrator Business Development Lead plays an essential role within our global team, focusing on driving growth through collaborations with industry-wide System Integrators. This is an exciting opportunity to work with sales teams worldwide and engage with key Business Units, forging deep and meaningful relationships that lead to strategic partnerships. Your insights into the integrations between System Integrators and customers will highlight Tektronix’s unique contributions, directly impacting our revenue and allowing you to connect with leaders at renowned companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Tektronix System Integrator ecosystem, mapping our solutions to target markets.

  • Forge and nurture strategic relationships with System Integrators globally.

  • Collaborate across Tektronix to implement a systematic, impactful System Integrator program.

  • Create and execute prospecting initiatives aimed at exploring new markets and generating incremental revenue.

  • Partner with vertical market global BDMs to develop and share best practices within the System Integrator ecosystem.

  • Oversee visual management of Tektronix’s engagement with Systems Integrators around the world.

  • Work alongside field sales teams to develop strategies that harness System Integrators for key account management.

  • Collaborate with Business Units to identify emerging methodologies and technology trends, leading to comprehensive solutions for customers.

  • Analyze market data for trends and opportunities, creating persuasive presentations to aid the field teams in building relationships.

  • Lead discussions with customers focused on future industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, System Integration, or Business Development, particularly in the Test and Measurement sector.

  • Extensive market knowledge and a network of contacts, recognized as an industry expert.

  • Ability to synthesize diverse information into a coherent growth strategy.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train internal teams and inform customers about Tektronix solutions.

  • Results-driven, with a proven ability to influence and secure buy-in across various functions.

Pay Range

The salary range for this sales position (including sales incentives/commissions in local currency) is 204800 - 380400.
