We're looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants stability, respect, and the opportunity to grow with a company that values teamwork and professionalism.
What You'll Do as Part of Our 5-Star Team
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Provide outstanding customer service that protects and strengthens our 5-star reputation
- Work closely with a dedicated office support team that handles scheduling and customer communication
- Collaborate with fellow technicians to solve problems and support one another
- Communicate clearly with customers and the office to ensure smooth service calls
- Represent a trusted, highly reviewed company with professionalism and integrity
- 4+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Team-oriented mindset with pride in customer satisfaction
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
