We’re looking for an Experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants stability, respect, and the opportunity to grow with a company that values teamwork and professionalism.
What You’ll Do as Part of Our 5-Star Team
Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Provide outstanding customer service that protects and strengthens our 5-star reputation
Work closely with a dedicated office support team that handles scheduling and customer communication
Collaborate with fellow technicians to solve problems and support one another
Communicate clearly with customers and the office to ensure smooth service calls
Represent a trusted, highly reviewed company with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification (required)
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Team-oriented mindset with pride in customer satisfaction
Professional communication skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
