Genesis10 is currently seeking an AI Developer for a 10-month contract role with our Healthcare client in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is 100% Remote.

Compensation: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop AI/ML solutions for healthcare applications.
  • Influence technical design and architecture, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Hands-on engineering with complex AI/ML problems, including NLP, LLMs, and generative AI.
  • Collaborate with architecture groups and mentor junior engineers.
  • Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with AI ethics and privacy regulations
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
  • Knowledge of LLMs, RAG systems, and generative AI.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
  • Advanced degree in AI/ML or related field.
  • Experience with MLOps and containerization (Docker).
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and privacy regulations.
