About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Product Managerwith proven experience in AI/ML product development to lead initiatives. This role will be responsible for defining product strategy, managing execution, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI/ML features.
- Lead agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story creation.
- Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze user feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with business objectives, regulatory standards, and AI/ML best practices.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst in AI/ML or data-centric projects.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Familiarity with data governance, integration, and full product lifecycle management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including data science and engineering.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Background in healthcare, payer/provider systems, or interoperability technologies is a plus.
