SUPPORT STAFF VACANCY
Maintenance Specialist
Full-time position 260 days/year
8 hours per day Monday - Friday
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Job duties include:
Troubleshooting or performing routine repairs on all HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Water, and Security Systems. General Maintenance such as changing ballast and belts. Grounds Maintenance. Basic repairs to buildings including roof, plaster, wall and ceiling tiles, windows, and window coverings. Maintenance of boiler and maintenance areas. Delivery and distribution. Assisting in snow removal activities.
Job qualifications include:
A High School diploma or GED. A minimum of 5 years experience in a commercial setting. Must have a valid drivers' license. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal and external customers and staff.
Wages
Support Staff Wages are determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The starting wage is $26.61 per hour.
