Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks including resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of all areas in accordance with established guidelines and safety protocols.
- Document cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor.
- Adhere to infection control measures and universal precautions to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fulfill all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with residents, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as well as push or pull similar weights, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks regularly.
- Familiarity with handling cleaning products safely.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions, and execute routine tasks daily.
- Residency within the service area is required.
