We think you fit the best, If :

  • You possess 3+ years of experience working as a Director of Operations in the food and beverage industry.
  • You have superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
  • You have proven ability to plan and manage the operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • You have the ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • You have a strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines
  • You can effectively multitask and operate problems in a team environment.
  • You have the capability to interact with tremendous communication skills.
When you are onboard:
  • You will be responsible to develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for the company's key initiatives
  • You will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with all department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.
  • You will be responsible to devise strategies to ensure the growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
  • You will uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
  • You will be working closely with human resources to lead the team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
