Senior Backend Engineer

We're looking for a senior backend engineer with deep experience in Python who can design, build, and scale high-performance APIs and data systems in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex data and infrastructure challenges, operates autonomously, and takes a product-minded approach to delivering customer value. They have experience in early stage startups, as well as in companies with excellent, reputable engineering cultures. We're building a technical product, and our technical bar is high - candidates must have strong technical skills. We're currently hiring one engineer for this role, but as we continue to scale rapidly, we expect to expand the team further in the near future.
