LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a reputable law firm in West Palm Beach that is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its busy practice. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the chance to work on a diverse mix of residential and commercial real estate matters.
Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be a detail-driven legal professional who can manage transactions from contract to closing. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and clients, ensuring all components of each deal run smoothly and on schedule.
Primary Duties

  • Handle documentation and coordination for commercial and residential closings
  • Review and organize due diligence materials, including title, survey, and lien reports
  • Draft contracts, amendments, closing statements, and supporting documents
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and maintain accurate transaction files
  • Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, and internal legal teams
  • Prepare closing packages and assist with post-closing follow-up
What We're Looking For
  • 3-4 years of real estate paralegal experience within a law firm or corporate legal environment
  • Solid understanding of both commercial and residential real estate transactions
  • Comfort working with title documents, escrow procedures, and closing processes
  • Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software and real estate/legal platforms
