Position: Subaru Receptionist Location: Bend, Oregon Type:

Full-time Department: Front Office

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcoming and greeting all customers, guests, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual promptly and professionally.
  3. Assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about Subaru vehicles, products, and services.
  4. Scheduling service appointments and test drives for customers while maintaining an organized appointment calendar.
  5. Maintaining a neat and presentable reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors.
  6. Providing administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
  7. Collaborating with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Assisting with basic inquiries related to vehicle financing, warranty, and dealership promotions.
  9. Handling customer concerns and redirecting complex issues to the appropriate staff members for resolution.
  10. Assisting with dealership events and promotions as needed.
  11. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information in a professional manner.
  12. Managing and Coordinating rental car fleet and contracts.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  3. Strong communication skills with a polite and professional phone etiquette.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
  5. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and the ability to learn dealership-specific software.
  6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  7. Familiarity with Subaru vehicles and automotive terminology is a plus but not required.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  9. Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  10. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
