About you:
  • Proven experience identifying existing code inefficiencies and improving them within Health Cloud.
  • Expertise working with LIMS systems (Laboratory Information Management Systems)
  • Expertise at Integration and ETL from LIMS to Salesforce
  • Experience working in an iterative environment- you can unpack business requirements and work to effectively implement them in Salesforce.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Health Cloud and Experience Cloud at an enterprise level of complexity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Conducting code reviews and unit testing
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development in Health Cloud
  • 5+ years with LIMS
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and Object-oriented programming
  • Experience with a variety of Salesforce development tools and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Healthcare, especially Health Lab services business domain knowledge is an immense value add.
  • Experience with Managed package and unlocked package development
