Summary
We are seeking to hire an experienced Administrative Assistant for a clerical position in our Purchasing Department at our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will involve handling and processing daily paperwork that comes through the purchasing department/process. This full-time employment opportunity in scenic Harford County offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.
Responsibilities
As a Administrative Assistant, your daily duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Review and place company purchasing requests with different vendors
- Respond to emails and collect order forms
- Source local vendors to provide services
As the Administrative Assistant, we require you to have the following:
- Be able to multi-task to meet deadlines and stay on schedule daily.
- Use excellent professional communication skills to communicate with co-workers, customers, and others.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour. Overtime compensation for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a given workweek.
