Outpatient Clinical Supervisor Job Responsibilities:
- Provides guidance and clinical support to team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.
- Ensures compliance and best practices with clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols.
- Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.
- Utilizes standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and clinical pathways for delivery of care.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: BSN from an accredited school of Nursing or Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing
- Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or LPN licensed,
- Experience: 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Occupational Health, including Worker's Compensation, OSHA, Vaccination programs
- Previous Leadership Experience
- Training and Education Experience
