Mental Health Therapist – Fairfax City, VA

What You'll Do
Provide individual, family, or group therapy
Create treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the team
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 weekly sessions (for full-time)
Advocate for clients and coordinate with relevant support systems
What You Need
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
Experience with assessments, documentation, and diverse populations
Proficiency with EHR systems and basic office tech
Ability to pass a background check
Preferred
Experience with couples, families, or youth
Supervisor eligibility, bilingual skills, or specialized certifications
Familiarity with outpatient care and community resources
