What's the Job?

  • Our Client's IT Support Engineer is the first point of contact for technical support service requests. Our IT Support Engineer II spends their day fielding incoming chats, calls, and online requests from Corporate and its subsidiary employees worldwide.
  • Provide technical support to Internal Corporate employees worldwide through various channels including chat, phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems in a corporate environment.
  • Create detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure quality support and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist with remote troubleshooting, including teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.
  • Support system and network outage triage and escalation to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

What's Needed?
  • The successful IT Support Associate II will be customer focused and motivated by team success. You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests.
  • You will also be committed, flexible, and demonstrate the ability to maintain high levels of productivity while maintaining quality support.
  • At least 3+ years of recent onsite IT Support/IT Helpdesk Technician experience supporting Windows, Mac, and/or Linux operating systems in a corporate setting.
  • Experience working in helpdesk or desk-side support environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
