Experience:
  • 1 year office experience
  • 3 years warehouse inventory control
  • 3-5 years general warehousing, shipping, and receiving
  • 2 years of accounting
  • Direct hands-on warehouse inventory experience
  • 1-year supervisory experience
  • Truck driving experience
  • Forklift driving experience

Reports To:
Warehouse Manager

Responsiblities:
  • Prepares all inventory reports requested
  • Fills requisitions and prints pick pack sheets.
  • Maintains files of requisitions and reports as needed
  • Assists in maintaining Business Plus stockroom inventory module
  • Helps campuses and departments with questions and problems
  • Verifies and counts shipments delivered from Central Receiving
  • Checks and lists inventory information for incoming shipments
  • Assists Manager with Cyclic counts
  • Assists Manager with annual inventory preps and counts
  • Helps stockroom clerks place incoming inventory on shelves
  • Drives delivery truck in a safe and professional manner
  • Drivers a forklift in a safe and professional manner
  • Delivers items from Central Receiving and Stockroom as needed
  • Deliver testing materials and furniture/equipment as needed
  • Load and off-load delivery trucks as needed
  • Unpacks, checks goods against purchase order and prepares receiving records in accordance with established procedures
  • Assist in assembly of furniture
  • Affixes serially numbered property tags to capital assets and records tags on receiving record and Fixed Asset Equipment Record Ledger
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Fills in for Admin Mail Clerk as needed.
