Here's What You Will Be Doing

As a vital member of our Burger King team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Servant Leaders by prioritizing the team and restaurant over yourself.
  • Creating Memorable Experiences that keep guests coming back for more.
  • Balancing employee and guest satisfaction while achieving financial targets.
  • Welcoming and training new team members to ensure job proficiency.
  • Leading engaging team huddles to inspire and inform.
  • Providing ongoing training and coaching to team members.
  • Building shift supervisors’ capabilities and preparing them for advancement.
  • Recognizing and celebrating team achievements.
  • Actively coaching brand service behaviors through observation and feedback.
  • Monitoring Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
  • Ensuring a welcoming and clean restaurant environment.
  • Consistently delivering quality product and operational standards.
  • Collaborating with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans for improving guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Reviewing sales and staffing schedules to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
  • Overseeing daily financial accuracy and cash handling practices.
  • Evaluating inventory levels for effective product ordering.
  • Implementing cost control measures effectively.
  • Adjusting people charts and production plans as necessary.
  • Creating and monitoring staff schedules and managing onboarding processes for new team members.
  • Implementing action plans to meet employee needs and comply with Operational Assessments.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Exceptional guest service skills are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
  • Conflict resolution skills in line with Burger King standards.
  • Strong motivational skills to maintain team morale and make tough decisions.
  • Willingness to work all shifts, including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.
