Here's What You Will Be Doing
As a vital member of our Burger King team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing Servant Leaders by prioritizing the team and restaurant over yourself.
- Creating Memorable Experiences that keep guests coming back for more.
- Balancing employee and guest satisfaction while achieving financial targets.
- Welcoming and training new team members to ensure job proficiency.
- Leading engaging team huddles to inspire and inform.
- Providing ongoing training and coaching to team members.
- Building shift supervisors’ capabilities and preparing them for advancement.
- Recognizing and celebrating team achievements.
- Actively coaching brand service behaviors through observation and feedback.
- Monitoring Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
- Ensuring a welcoming and clean restaurant environment.
- Consistently delivering quality product and operational standards.
- Collaborating with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans for improving guest satisfaction metrics.
- Reviewing sales and staffing schedules to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
- Overseeing daily financial accuracy and cash handling practices.
- Evaluating inventory levels for effective product ordering.
- Implementing cost control measures effectively.
- Adjusting people charts and production plans as necessary.
- Creating and monitoring staff schedules and managing onboarding processes for new team members.
- Implementing action plans to meet employee needs and comply with Operational Assessments.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Exceptional guest service skills are essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Conflict resolution skills in line with Burger King standards.
- Strong motivational skills to maintain team morale and make tough decisions.
- Willingness to work all shifts, including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays.
